To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the watch must be unused, in its original condition, and still have its protective plastics intact. Any signs of use, removed plastic seals, or missing holograms will void the return eligibility.

Begin your return by contacting us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and information on the correct return address. Returns sent without an RMA number will be returned to the sender. We do not charge restocking fees, but customers are responsible for shipping costs and ensuring the watch is returned with proper packaging to prevent damage.

Custom orders, such as requests with additional gold or platinum, are non-refundable, though exchanges may be considered under certain conditions.
